Well jerry did have a part in jimmy leaving when he did. Jimmy was burned out , but might have stayed another year or 2 if jerry didnt irritate him so much
and make him mad frequently.
Jimmy liked time with the team after a game, and jerry wanted to barge in with celebrities before jimmy was done.
Jerry started taking credit in media for trades jimmy made.
Jerry did not want to pay emmitt
And on night jimmy left, jerry was drunk, got mad at jimmy after a snub ,and was saying in public that any one of 500 coaches could take this team to a SB
so he didnt need jimmy.

Jerry did apologize next day, but jimmy Had already left and refused to come back.

So it wasnt like he fired jimmy, he just meddled so much it got on jimmys nerves, with on top of the long hours led to what happened.

This i do believe. It was a perfect storm and BOTH had a hand in their divorce. There are always three stories.. Jimmy's, Jerry's and the truth. I am positive Jimmy would not have left when he knew he could have made history with that 90's team in winning 4 or 5 SB in a row. Never to come close to it again. I am sure there will be something about it in the book since i do not believe the publishing company would bother if it was to be left out. When people hear Jimmy Johson's name, it is symbolic of Dallas Cowboys HC.

Ordered mine a month ago. Should be at my door in two and a half weeks.

Really stoked to read it. As much as I loved his first book, it was published in 1993 - before the Jerry divorce.

he may have signed a non disclosure when he left for extra money, so very possible he cant say, or jerry would sue him.
So I doubt it is in the book.
he may still be hoping for the ROH thing too.
