There are people in every walk of life who are role models including some athletes who are very good role models. However not all people are role models no matter what their profession.

Joe Theisman talking about someone else disgracing the NFL is so far beyond complete and utter hilarity

Why? How exactly did Joe disgrace the NFL?

I am still trying to wrap my head around what that idiot was trying to say in the above sentence.:laugh2:

Well, birds of a feather, flock togeather!

Really, really, pay attention to the posts that the RedStink fans that come here type! It's almost the same logic as ole 'Bum Leg'!

Also, if you can stomach it...listen REAL close when "Bum Leg" announces a game...you will find much more of the same crap come out of his mouth that is exactely like what he just said!

Correction, LT disgraced the NFL by only breaking Theisman's right leg

Well, now I know who the "tool" is. This thread is embarrassing.

Never cared for Theisman views on some things as for his career as a QB it was pretty decent (not spectacular but decent) He helped the skins to 2 SB and the skins won one out of the 2. As for his injury I would not wish that on anyone, that was a very nasty break.

Who is this guy and why should anyone care what he says about Ricky Williams?

Oh boy.

Someone needs a history lesson about Joe Theismann and what he means to the Cowboys.

Hey, cowboys fans love Joe...Even sang him happy B-day on his birthday...

What Theisman said was the Exact Truth...Williams is a Disgrace and a Idiot!

And I have nothing at all against smoking Pot.

Just don't get caught at it...At least not four times!

Idiot? Sure.

Disgrace? No, I reserve that tag for murderers and true criminals, like Rae Carruth and O.J. Simpson. Not mentally weak stoners.

I would have to say Williams comes close to a disgrace by leaving the Dolphins the 1st time right before the start of training camp. He was a big part of their offense and just like that Miami gets screwed because Ricky wants to go party with Lenny Kravitz and friends. I had read where in Miami's mini camp that year Ricky stands up and tells his teammates they need to dedicate themselves for the season and then he turns around and walks out on them. I would have to say that was disgraceful.

I think it's a Disgrace to get caught 4 times smoking Pot when your livelihood is at Stake.

The greatest player of Joe's generation was probably on drugs when he snapped his leg.

What Ricky did was stupid, what Ray Caruth did was disgraceful.

why all the hate for theismann? doesnt anyone here know that one reason i dont like him is that he called the "aikman fumble that emmitt picked up and tried to throw out of the end zone then the skins danny copeland fell on in the end zone, leading to a skins win 1992" an incomplete forward pass that never should have been called a fumble???

I agree Theezman is a tool.

But I can't say I really disagree with what he said about Williams.
