That list of hacks proves my point, not yours. By your definition, Jerry could bring in meth heads, winos, and heroine addicts and you would claim that Jerry didn't neglect the position, he just chose the wrong guys. Theres a difference between picking up bums off the street and seriously trying to find a future franchise QB thru actual due diligence and drafting potential.
The position was neglected completely. It was not taken seriously in any way, shape or form. Anybody who doesn't see that is delusional.
