Galloway has 682 career receptions for 10,710 yards and 77 touchdowns in 14 NFL seasons

Eh, likely not going to do much for them. Already have Moss and Welker. I suppose Galloway provides them veteran insurance, and since they are clearly a Super Bowl contender, this .....

Eh. Can't say it with a straight face. This isn't going to matter much. Getting Tom Brady back matters.

Typical Patriot move. Brady might break his own TD record next year.

I know it's doubtful, but Galloway can still stretch the field.

I was hoping the Cowboys would bring in Galloway or Holt, at the very least for a visit.

If Brady breaks it, its because of Tom Brady being Tom Brady and Randy Moss having another outstanding season, which he is more than capable of.

It won't be because of Galloway.

If Galloway hauls in 10-12 TDs this year, I'd say it's becuase Galloway is still a speed demon and a threat to any defense.

It doesn't hurt that Brady is fantastic, but I wouldn't discount Galloway and his abilities.

I'm sure this move will be lauded far and wide.
Yeah, but if we made such a move it would be looked upon as a waste and detrimental to our young WR's.

I think it's a decent move for both sides if Galloway has anything left.

It gives the Patriots a veteran receiver who still has speed and it gives Galloway the potential to get a ring before he retires.

Win-win if you ask me.

Now I expect them to pursue Jason Taylor to fill Vrabel's vacated OLB spot.

If I could turn 60 pounds of fat into solid muscle and somehow become 25 years younger I would dominate the NFL!

If? Sheesh!

Galloway has only had double-digit TDs in 3 of his 14 seasons and his last one was in 2005. He will be 38 this year and is done.

They lost their 3rd WR... forgot his name so he replaces him along with Lewis from the Eagles. Solid signing imo. Can you imagine Moss and Galloway across from each other... serious speed even with Galloway being an oldhead.

But as you said, it all depends on how Brady progresses.

Galloway 09=Stallworth 07

Same impact..nothing more, nothing less

Maybe... but Stallworth never seems to ever be on the field. At least, without looking at the stats, Galloway seemed to be able to stay relatively healthy and perform (of course...after he left the Boys).
