Same impact..nothing more, nothing less

Galloway 09 = Galloway 07. ;)

He's a nice pickup to have with Moss and Wesker.

On top of that they got the RB Taylor. Those PatCHEATS will be better next year.

ESPN's Len Pasquarelli reports the New England Patriots have reached a one-year deal with free-agent WR Joey Galloway (Buccaneers). Financial terms were not disclosed.

i didnt want galloway back in dallas, he is too old and slow now

now i do want holt in dallas, if its a cap friendly signing, for insurance, just like the patriots are doing, you need insurance

Just because a player is 30+ doesn't mean he can't play.

I think it's a sensible short-term pick-up for them.

Exactly! Dallas Coaches, players, and Fans (some fans) are getting impatient, we need to win now.

If it takes getting some more vets that knows how to play the game, so be it.

I'm tired of just having the "most talented" team in the NFL that falls short every year. WE NEED SUPERBOWLS!

They need a RB that compliments what's his face...

Holt is faster than Galloway. Glad to see Joey catch on with the Pats. He is a class, class act and I'd love to see him in the SB.

Dude Galloway is not hardly slow, not even close. He can still fly....

Sometimes you have to ignore certain posts... Galloway will retire still being fast. :laugh2:

Good pickup for the Pats, clearly insurance for them and gives Galloway a chance to get a ring before he retires.

If we were to sign Holt it wouldn't be insurance. He'd be the best WR we have.

I wouldn't have minded the move if he's inexpensive. We need some experience, if Roy goes down - which isn't out of the question we're counting on a 7th round QB, an UDFA, a 4th round former QB, and another UDFA. We need some experience, not necessarily Galloway or Holt. Just some insurance.

Its still doubtful that Brady ever plays in the NFL again.

Which raises this fodder question. If Brady's career ended that day in KC, is he a hall of famer? My answer is absolutely.

Before its all said and done I believe he may be the best to ever do it.

His 50 TD season was incredible, and just emphasizes how great he was with average receivers. Moss, Galloway, and Welker going to be unstoppable.

Yep, I agree. Galloway was a great pickup for them, dude is a vet and can still run past most corners. He can still fly...

More importantly Galloway fits what they try to do except he can also get down field.

The guy trains extremely hard and thats why he is still in the league.
