The professor just said he wouldn't be surprised if #21 was suspended for 1-2 games and that we might hear about it today.

This is BS and if it hapoenes, it needs to be taken all the way to the highest court that will look at it. How can you get disciplined by the league for something you weren't found guilty of by the law?

He went on to say this would devistate the Cowboys because we already have lost 8 starters. BTW, I'm happy about 5-6 of those. I don't think it will hurt is much for two games.

I don't understand why people still ask this question. I really don't know enough to even say he should be suspended or if he did anything wrong, all I'm aware of is hearsay, but at the NFL is a private organization with it's own rules, if they believe a claim has merit, they obviously can take action.

Mara and Goodell will find a way to suspend him.

Jerry and the NFLPA needs to grow a pair and sue the NFL all the way to the Supreme Court if needed. This would be an employee vs. and employer type lawsuit in a way.

Exactly. What so called evidence does the commish have over what the police had?

Would put them in a hole because the first two games are pretty tough. And 0-2 teams only make the playoffs 10% of the time.

Not necessarily. Obviously not Zeke, but McFadden is good enough to get the job done at home. On the road.....obviously you need all of your horses, especially against a tough D like Denver.

It would be bs...no doubt.

But losing Zeke for only 1-2 games at the very beginning of the season would not remotely "devastate" the Cowboys.
For starters, and don't shoot me, that 1st game vs NY was a tossup (or worse) anyway.

No denying it would suck though.

Brady tried that, how'd that work out....... the Supreme court isn't wasting it's time on this nonsense... Zeke needs to grow up and stop pulling women's tops up...

If the police want no part of it then you know the evidence is too weak. In this day and age any police force seen to be weak on this will get jacked up. With a case this prominent they would have filed charges if they thought they had even a hope of a conviction. That is why if I was the Boys I would demand the NFL publicize all the so called evidence. Then you could pick it apart. The twit's threats to ruin his career and her demand that her friends LIE for her would sink any courtroom case and that is what needs to be done.

I don't thin the NFL is stupid enough to try and use that as a basis for suspension but then one never loses when betting on the stupidity of man.

Losing Zeke would not be great because he's a great player. Our running game will be fine though in the games without him.

If the league suspends Zeke it's going to come off that they felt pressure to do something because it is taking so long.

I'm surprised Jerry or NFLPA hasn't been more vocal because it's in both of their best interests to get this squashed.

They are waiting to see if the NFL is dumb enough to do this; then I think the gloves come off.
