I mean didn't Pederson what a Super Bowl with the girls three years later got fired hired with the Jags and guess what fired..

You're on a new team and you got to pretty much start trying to figure out how to convert it over to what you want it isn't always instant...

Typical Dallas Cowboys fans’ wishful thinking. Hoping another team’s decision doesn’t work out.

Cowboys fans are like a man walking alone through a graveyard at night. He makes a lot of noise so he doesn’t think about how scared he is.
 
Other teams are making moves, we dont.

Can we at least respect it,. we dont have to fear it, but i do respect it

so many years they have drafted in the top 10,there has to be some talent there.
i was hoping he'd go elsewhere.

This could be an Andy Reid situation, where a new situation allows him to get over the hump. But to me it looks closer to a Pete Carroll situation, where the old dog just doesn't have any new tricks.

As far as the Giants, they gave Daboll more than enough chances to show that he wasn't the answer, so a change was due. But I'm not convinced that Harbaugh is their savior either. And for the Ravens, some kind of change was definitely due.

Yeah Dungys numbers as a regular season coach with prime Peyton Manning and McFraud with prime Aaron Rodgers comes to mind with what you're laying out here.
Whereas both coaches under achieved with only 1 trophy imo.

Peyton was NOT the best post season QB either.
McCarthys defenses were absolutely horrific outside of the one trophy year.

Harbaugh's timing against facing the likes of Brady, Mahomes, Allen and Burrow was the biggest contributor to a lack of a trophy.
Timing and cycles in the NFL are critical to ultimate success.
Harbaugh just happened to face too good of A QB or too good of a QB/coach combo during the post Flacco era and his own MVP regular seasonQB showed to be alot like Dak in many post season apoearances.

The Giants will be extremely improved.
Trophy contender?
I believe in one of the next 4 years of Dart's first contract they will be imo.

Dallas's near future by comparison?
Come on man.
