Good hire
Orr is still under contractThat's hilarious he'll bring back somebody his brother just fired that nobody thought was helping the Chargers and bring him to New York and everyone here thinks that's such a great thing more retries right I mean a $20 million retread bringing a whole bunch of retreads that haven't been able to recreate any success they used to have with their old name...LOL
funny thing is I mean the ravens already fired Orr is he still under contract?
it isn't, but this site makes out like every coach we have hired since Jimmy has been like Dave CampoExplain how this is different from our McCarthy hire.
not sure a Harbaugh should ever comment on other things being wrongHarbaugh is coming to stomp a Texas sized hole in JJ’s ***.
- In a 2009 book, Harbaugh stated that the Cowboys "stand for everything that's wrong with the NFL".
He has no respect for Dallas or its fan base.
Typical Dallas Cowboys fans’ wishful thinking. Hoping another team’s decision doesn’t work out.Sorry but Mike Mccarthy has every good bit as good a resume as Harbaugh or tomlion, i'm sorry, he does it's all there in black and white he did a pretty good job here so don't say not since Parcells..
You all dismissing Mike Mccarthy shows that just because he has the name Harbaugh you automatically think he's better like Bill Belichick everyone say oh no but he's burnt out and washed up ,really, That the risk you take with Harbaugh as well how do you know you can recreate anything that he did anywhere beyond the slump he's in with the Ravens that's why he got fired I don't know of a single Super Bowl winning coach that went in one another Super Bowl anywhere else not yet it could happen it'll be a first sorry for the overreactions here are getting ridiculous and more ridiculous that this threat is going to get this long on somebody else's hire...?
Know what this reminds me of whenever we I should say you all wanted Jamal Adams so bad you wanted Earl Thomas so bad Eric Berry so bad..
Remember those threads telling Jerry he's so stupid he could have had this guy who could have had that guy and you know what thank God Jerry didn't go after any of those safeties at the time where we were so hungry for a safety because they were all pretty much overrated at the time they were no longer who they used to be Well I see this the same way Harbaugh is going to have to prove with this Giants team that he can do it again not just get to the playoffs because if they're 1 and done they did that with Daniel Jones and I don't know who the coach was at the time didn't that guy get fired?
I mean didn't Pederson what a Super Bowl with the girls three years later got fired hired with the Jags and guess what fired..
I hate being the voice of reason in here but I am sick of this thread already because it's all over the Internet not just here you all need to sit back stay calm and just let's see what happens you want to judge this in 2 or three years if somehow the Giants go back to a Super Bowl in a short amount of time and win one not the overreacts that Dan Quinn went to an NFC championship game and then drop right off again the next year you all are just making this so overrated..
Yes, he's a very good name, I will not undersell the fact that they hired a very good coach, but everything else is TBD...
it's INC
I don't see it much different than BS just went through... Most likely works because at least Harbaugh might have a little bit more cart blanch.
You're on a new team and you got to pretty much start trying to figure out how to convert it over to what you want it isn't always instant...
That is not true, when the Cowboys hired Parcells, nobody was complaining about itit isn't, but this site makes out like every coach we have hired since Jimmy has been like Dave Campo
that is not the point I madeThat is not true, when the Cowboys hired Parcells, nobody was complaining about it
I'm with Tom Landry on this one. I hope they whoop some asp, namely Jerry's.

Yeah Dungys numbers as a regular season coach with prime Peyton Manning and McFraud with prime Aaron Rodgers comes to mind with what you're laying out here.I'm not impressed by Harbaugh. A "CEO" style head coach who was given loaded roster after loaded roster, helmed by a 2x MVP quarterback, and never did anything with it.
The Ravens have had 10+ wins in 6 of their last 8 seasons, turned that into 6 playoff trips, and only appeared in one AFC Championship game. That's a nearly Cowboys level of playoff futility.
This could be an Andy Reid situation, where a new situation allows him to get over the hump. But to me it looks closer to a Pete Carroll situation, where the old dog just doesn't have any new tricks.
As far as the Giants, they gave Daboll more than enough chances to show that he wasn't the answer, so a change was due. But I'm not convinced that Harbaugh is their savior either. And for the Ravens, some kind of change was definitely due.

Cowboys fans are like a man walking alone through a graveyard at night. He makes a lot of noise so he doesn’t think about how scared he is.
No reason to be scared. The Cowboys will continue to stay around the rim.lolI haven't been this scared about a division rival coaching hire since Joe Gibbs returned for a second stint in Washington.
(sarcasm)
Now that is the one good thing. A strong division can only help us because it will force Jerry to do things to keep us relevant.Ultimately, it's a good thing. Jerry will have to do better to stay competitive if the division becomes top tier.
Yeah, I definitely would have loved to hear that specific part of the interview.I wonder if harbaugh gets final say on the roster or does joe schoen get some say.
