I don't think so. Any QB that can't read defenses doesn't deserve a job in the NFL. Additionally the circus he would bring wouldn't make it worth it. Think TO times 100. Why do you think the entire media moaned when we passed on him?

He's won games more recently than weeden has. We need to win 1 or 2 games to stay in the hunt.

Someone who has spent time in rehab should know to stay away from alcohol altogether. Who do you think we are talking about. ..Joe from down the street?

He wasn't impaired or intoxicated... it seems that his girlfriend had too much to drink and he prevented her from leaving a moving vehicle.

I don't see the big deal in this. You people have never had an intense argument with your wife/girlfriend?

Not so she tried to get out of the car while it was rolling down the road, no. And to be honest, I cant ever remember witnessing such a "common" occurrence.

Not sure what kinda women you run with, but, maybe if you have these types of experiences you might find it rather different and actually kinda nice to have a tad less excitement in those relationships.

There are several QB's that fit into that catagory. That has absolutely nothing to do with why virtully all Cowboy fans don't want him here.

Maybe not that exact instance but when couples fight it can get pretty unrealistic fast. Again he wasn't intoxicated, so it probably means he drank responsible and his girlfriend was emotional and drunk which caused the scene. She obviously felt bad and realized what had happened and didn't press charges.

1. Just because you are enrolled at TCU, SMU, Baylor,Hardin Simmons ect doesn't necessarily mean you are a practicing Christian. You can see all the SMU kids partying hard - and I mean not just w alcohol, but that's common with most universities.
2. The young woman grabbed his wallet and either tried to throw it out the window or did throw it out while he was driving.
3. Don't be so quick to judge him, she could have easily been the instigator.
4. Press charges for what? Arguing Hard? Talking loud?

You think the fans wanted ryan leaf, tony banks etc?

The difference being those guys didn't bring the kind of baggage JF has. It would be almost impossible to watch ESPN or NFLN if JF was here. The negative coverage towards the Cowboys would be constant and very painful.

No one trying to jump out moving cars but I've dealt with emotional drunk women. I thought everyone has at some point in their lives.....

Is he not better than any backup we have on the roster?

They were debating that on ESPN this morning. They said for sure not Cassell and maybe not even Weeden.

Why do woman bait dudes into arguments?

Well not that all women do ( just so I don't get into any troubles) but when they do its for the following reasons:
1. For attention
2. To cause jealousy
3. To get you in a situation that they can exploit later
4. Cause they crazy

Now the above only applies to the crazies. There are plenty of good decent women who have had there share of crazy men - stalker creeper types
