Johnny Manziel pulled over after arguing with girlfriend, admitted to drinking

[URL='http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/cle/cleveland-browns']Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was pulled over Monday because of a domestic incident and admitted to drinking earlier in the day, according to a police report.

Several witnesses called police after seeing Manziel and his girlfriend, TCU student Colleen Elizabeth Crowley, arguing in a vehicle on Monday. The argument escalated to the point that Crowley tried to leave the car as it exited a highway.

Both Manziel and Crowley admitted to arguing, and Manziel told police they had been drinking earlier in the day. The police officer made the determination that Manziel was not intoxicated and he was not charged. Police determined that Crowley was intoxicated and offered her a ride, which she declined before leaving with Manziel.

The report was first obtained by WEWS-TV in Cleveland

"We were aware of the situation," Browns GM Ray Farmer said in a statement. "It is a matter that we take seriously and have expressed our concerns to Johnny directly. Those conversations will remain private and we will refrain from further comment at this time."

Jerry was thankfully locked in his office when our pick came up.

I would go grab him on the cheap right now if I was Jerra. He's actually been humbled and is the closest thing to romo we can find and would work nicely with what we have here. This incident is blown up because of his past which would work in our favor contract wise. He's shown he can play much better than weeden at this point. Theres really nothing to lose.

Someone who has spent time in rehab should know to stay away from alcohol altogether. Who do you think we are talking about. ..Joe from down the street?

Is he not better than any backup we have on the roster?

I don't think so. Any QB that can't read defenses doesn't deserve a job in the NFL. Additionally the circus he would bring wouldn't make it worth it. Think TO times 100. Why do you think the entire media moaned when we passed on him?

plus the Browns would want a Trent Richardson type of deal and the reality that Johnny is worth a 6th rounder at best.
