Well not that all women do ( just so I don't get into any troubles) but when they do its for the following reasons:
1. For attention
2. To cause jealousy
3. To get you in a situation that they can exploit later
4. Cause they crazy

Now the above only applies to the crazies. There are plenty of good decent women who have had there share of crazy men - stalker creeper types

Is it a big deal? No.

Is it nothing at all? No.

It falls somewhere in the middle. If I were a higher up in the Browns I would be somewhat concerned with a player with alcohol issues drinking alcohol.

If it were only an argument, then I'd agree it's probably not a big deal.

But a woman getting hit by her boyfriend and fearing for her life is a big deal to me.

I'm certainly not one to be in Manziel's camp, but it sounds like the cops didn't believe her after she kept changing her story. She was clearly buzzed and they said he was not. She threw his wallet out of the car...lol.
They even allowed them to drive away together.

I would go grab him on the cheap right now if I was Jerra. He's actually been humbled and is the closest thing to romo we can find and would work nicely with what we have here. This incident is blown up because of his past which would work in our favor contract wise. He's shown he can play much better than weeden at this point. Theres really nothing to lose.
