They were raving about today on one of the NFL Network shows. Sterling Sharpe said among all the Murray runs, Randle's was right up there. He made a great cut at about the 5. For kind of a knucklehead (he'll mature), the kid has some talent.

That's the same move he made to get by the security guard at Dillards.

Love this thread. We should be gashing teams with Randle/Dunbar in the second half of games. Great run by Randle.

Randle is the, realistic, reason why I'm not worried if Murray leaves. I think Randle has the possibility to be better.

I worry about his size and whether he has power to finish runs. He looks slimmer to me than Murray. He has more shake and bake but I wonder if he can put his head down and fall forward for another 3-4 yards.

what jumps out to me is that it wasn't exactly an all-star blocking performance, it was a lot of pathetic effort by the Bears defenders.
Watch Free's flop block…, Tyron was stood straight up and got no push, Martin got to the second level and occupied (held a bit) the LB, Fred got stood straight up, Leary got downfield a bit….
the defenders look like they don't care much honestly, not to take away from Randle..but…just saying….but this wasn't and won't be the case with 2 of the next 3 teams we play

Randle took full advantage of what was in front of him, did some things on that run that many backs couldn't do...
Last year he never displayed that kind of quickness, burst, or vision.....
He may be a thief and snitch, but the kid has shown that he has a future...

He's a great complementary back. Not sure he's a starter but he's great at his role. I'd like to see him with a few more touches per game.

Yes, that was Henson's only career start. He threw a pick-six and got yanked at halftime in a 7-7 tie. Testaverde came in and played slightly better.

Henson actually lasted longer in the game than the Bears' starter, Craig Krenzel. He got yanked in the second quarter in favor of Jonathan Quinn, who actually played worse.

That was a quality Thanksgiving match-up.

Er ... not ready to anoint him anything other than a good backup/change of pace RB.

I love this looping gif 'cuz you can just isolate a different blocker each time it plays and see it all working so well.

T Fred threw his man on his bum after randle was in the clear. Funny.

Also witten blocks 2 men on that play.

And Martin did a nice job to reach the lb quickly.

ehhhhhhhhhhhhh. tap the breaks. you were probably in favor of troy hambrick over Emmitt, too

How in the world did you come to that conclusion. Did you even read my post? I said possibility and if Murray leaves.

If you get to see it again, watch for the block Dez throws to enable Randle to make the final cut towards the end zone...

Agree with this. I even think Randle stands out on special teams sometimes. Doesn't seem to be the best tackler, but he usually finds his way to the ball carrier.

He and Harris are two reliable tacklers, get to the returner guys...

That falling forward, with power, is one of Murrays greatest assets. He rarely loses yards at the point of tackle, with the exception gang tackling.

Also props to him for all his touches the other night and no TO's

Murray's also a better pass protector and a much better receiver out of the backfield.
