Seems Jason Garrett does not have command of this team. No discipline , lack of attention to details .not sure what his strengths are .

Kid made a mistake based on his desire to score that resulted in 6 points and people want him benched.
The coaching and playcalling was beyond atrocious and actually gave away points, but it's "in Garrett we trust."
This team is broken. Selective accountability.
If it were Jimmy or Parcells, he wouldn't be here today. They have no tolerance for genetic DNA mutations.
He did the same thing against Atlanta and fumbled. They told him to stop. Then on FIRST DOWN AT THE 1 YARD LINE, he did it again.
This kind of stupid is unfixable, and the next 37 times won't be so lucky.
I'd bet his days are numbered already.
I would not be surprised to see Dallas bring in a back and release Randle. I think losing Dunbar may have saved Randle job for now.
I think you're right. I heard comments, too, that the offensive linemen are getting increasingly frustrated by him because he won't run to where the play is blocked. He just freelances everything.
That bye week might be bad news for him. I'd bet they're looking for an alternative right now.

You do know that no one reads anything you post, right? And it's your fault because your sigs are so dang distracting.
Yea because Randle is really tearing it up himself. LOL.
What Randle did was stupid. As I said earlier, if Weeden throws to Witten in the endzone in triple coverage and the three defenders all slap the ball around like a hot potato and it lands in Witten's hands it doesn't mean it was a great play because we scored. It was a dumb *** play that we got extremely lucky on. Which is exactly what the Randle play was.

BS. Jimmy didn't cut players if they had value to him.
He did not cut Leon Lett for his gaffs.
He was going to dumb Curvin Richards before he had multiple fumbles. The other players wanted him to get Richards out of the locker room because of his personality issues. Jimmy just liked to wait for a player like him to make an obvious screw up so he could send a message by cutting him.
Same with John Roper sleeping in a meeting. Other players fell asleep in meetings back then but Jimmy cut the guy that was not performing on the field.
Jimmy and players talked many times about those issues years later.

Your right he would not cut a guy just for a mistake. However in Randle case he was told the week before about extending the ball like that and not only does he do it he comes back with it was 6 points remark, Not sure Jimmy would take kindly to a player who did not do what he was told then come off with a smart remark to Jimmy.
You're right Jimmy wouldn't cut a player who had value. The problem with Randle is he thinks he's more valuable than he is. The Cowboys might need him right now with all the injuries but he is replaceable. If he keeps this up, he'll be off the team.

He would punish him but not cut him. Michael Irvin was late to the plane once and Jimmy didn't let him start. He might have even kept him out for the first half.

Yet why do people blame the oline when Randle dances in the backfield? I can't understand why such a player gets a pass. Has our team gotten so soft to the point that we can't even bench them?
One reason why I think Randle is getting a pass is because I think the FO knows that they made a mistake but is too egotistical to admit it. Thus they keep trying to make things work with Randle as best as they can before calling it quits.
Randle isn't the only one running the ball, for him to be "tearing" anything up.
What you brought to the table, to compare to what Randle did, is idiocy. The ball is already IN Randles hands. Not bouncing around in others. Coaches can be upset with him leaping or extending the ball out towards the goal line but if that play happens in a Super Bowl & it's a game winning score, I'm sure they'd have zero issue with it. Dez did the same thing in the Playoffs last season ( catch/no catch ). I don't recall JG giving him an earful over it. He was making an effort to score. No different & EVERY PLAYER should be trying to DO THAT.
