I still cant figure out why anyone would not love Dak as our QB? The guy is amazing. And to think we scored him with a 4th round pick. He should be hailed.

Its the sad Romo lovers that simply cant get over the fact that Romo quit on them. I loved Romo too, but it was time for him to go. And to have a guy like Dak ready to take over was a miracle.

The dude doesn't even litter. Remember that? Lol

I'm still a Romo fan. I've said this several times, I was banned at the other site by "Quickdraw" who was a Mod there, for taking up for Romo after that playoff loss to the Giants back in 2007. Yeah he didn't play his best (64.7 passer rating) game but it wasn't all his fault.

The Dak haters here blamed him for the loss against the 49ers when we all know the whole team came out flat.

SB's are team accomplishments. QB's are elite whether their team wins a SB or not. And certainly QB's dont have to be elite either that win a SB.

Why would you penalize a QB because his GM did a bad job surrounding him with enough talent?
Keep that in mind next year, when we’re paying him 50 million…To win with a quarterback at that pay level, he has to be so exceptional that his ability offsets the reduction in quality of the rest of the team. Can you honestly tell me the dak is really that guy…

Romo stunk in that game.

It's laughable how all the Dak haters expect him to be perfect every single game.
As ruthless as I was going after Tony Romo back in his day, they feel vindicated going after Dak. It was childish when I did it, and nothing's changed. Over the years, I realized that the key component to winning is to rid ourselves of the Jones family, so essentially, we're not winning titles because they'll never go away. Glad I enjoyed the 5

I don't like it, but it's freedom of speech, as opposed to instigating, or "taunting".

By definition that member was instigating and taunting Dak.

No matter how people try to defend the mods here for that incident, it will never make sense to me. I tell my kids all the time that life isn't fair so don't go through life expecting that it is, but wishing harm on our QB is unacceptable, IMO.

And we have limited free speech here.

Cheers, brother! GO COWBOYS!!

If Dak is a member here, he should report the incident.

Folks? How about the rest of the NFL and 31 other GMs. There was no question on if he was at the time of his contract other than Jerruh screwed the pooch for not signing him earlier. Only a few people who hate the guy spew this nonsense about him not being a franchise QB.

My heart goes out to our defense and the other talented players on our offense who have to try and carry Prescott every year with nothing but heartaches and pain at the end of their journey.
3 pts anyone?????:omg:

Lol man you dont like field goals again, why was it ok when Rush played??? it had to hurt seeing the offense go for 40 points with Dak... I hope the other lives in your home didnt bare your Dak wraith when it happened...lol

I think you misread my post.
If I did my bad.

The fact that you use Josh Allen as your example shows the respect you have for him as a player.

That's why I said that I guarantee Bills fans aren't saying things like "Well, Dak Prescott has bad games too" to defend Allen's bad games.

Allen just had a bad game. He’s a top 3 QB without question. Dak is good QB, he’s top 10 no doubt.

See that's fair. Us fans that support Dak and our team 100 percent can live with this. But when a member here say he's the "worst QB in the NFL" or that "Craig Morton is a better QB" or wishes harm on him, that's just trolling and supposedly trolling isn't allowed here. And yes, THAT Craig Morton, the one who has more INTs than TDs. Lol

Most level headed people and non-Romo nutswingers recognize he’s a pretty good QB. But he’ll forever be criticized until he can at least get to a NFC title game. Comes with the territory…

After the season opener for the Bills versus the Rams and their second game versus the Titans, people on this board praised Josh Allen as if he could never do any wrong barring injury.

I am just curious if after that 18 of 34 for 205, 2 pick game he lost yesterday against a team who was a double digit division underdog, I wonder if those people feel the same way about ole Josh today.

Dare I say it but what if Dak did the same against the G-Giants, Eagles or Commanders given a similar situation. By the way, why isn't Aaron Rogers not elevating the players around him? I know Tom is old as hades and he has a plethora of skins on the wall, but it seems to me he's struggling mightily. Did you see that emotional hug between him and Leftwich after they squeaked out that win yesterday? All I'm saying is, winning in the NFL on a consistent level ain't as easy as the highly sometimes biased and negative talking points some of us make on this board.

My old coach told us after we lost to a much inferior team that lucky teams can beat a good team any day...he'd rather us give our all and be lucky and win, than to be good and lose. That always stuck with me....

I think Allen is really good. I think when he plays poorly it's partly because he gets caught up in trying to play hero ball. His feet get excitable in the pocket and it puts him out of rhythm with his throwing motion. He tries to make something out of nothing. He did it alot in his first few years and it led to turnovers and negative plays. He has improved greatly but you can still see this issue from time to time. They'll be fine.

Exactly..like i said not all NFL starters can throw thier team back into a game, and none ever can do it 100% of the time, Allen can and to a little lesser % so can Dak...Allen is 1 of the 2 best arms in the league.
