You've got to ask yourself WHY has Gregory NOT applied for reinstatement. I can think of no other reason than he has failed a test (or tests) and knows he will not be reinstated. Can anyone here offer a realistic reason other than that?

One of his suspension was no alcohol, and he was offered some wine on the team plane to celebrate the end of the season one year in CLE. I mean come on, totally understand why he was baffled at getting suspended over that. .

Gordon wasn't suspended for having a glass of wine on a team plane. He and about 8 of his teammates chartered a private plane to Las Vegas and he had several drinks. Posted pictures of himself partying on Instagram.

Wonder if this is a good sign for Randy Gregory, assuming he every filed that paper work.
