Here is what they don’t tell you... They’re serious about winning but not serious enough to win unless it’s their own way.

They don’t value coaching.

This says it all. As long as the Jones family can pretend to be serious football people and make good money, winning is secondary. Josh McDaniels would bring too much sophistication and intensity to this country club.

Did not bring it to Denver where he was fired as HC or when fired by the Rams as OC. I don't dislike him but how much say in the play calling does Tom Brady have?

Mcdaniels is a ****** bag that actually advocated drafting Tim Tebow. Belicheck makes him look like ten times the coach he actually is. He's just another Patriots assistant that will fail when they take over their own team.
To his credit Tebow had his most successful nfl stint when McDaniels was the playcaller.

He won them a super bowl against ATL. He won with the worst QB in the history of the league. He's actually underrated.
He won what? He went 8-8 year one.

Then went 3-9 the next season.

That idiot McDaniels used Denver’s first round pick on Tebow as well. LOL.
He won a playoff game against Pittsburgh with Tebow at quarterback. I think he learned a lot from his mistakes in Denver and probably will be better if ever afforded the opportunity again.

Ever notice how the offense performs when Brady doesn’t play?

I don’t think that’s accurate.

The Pittsburgh game was in the 2011 season. That was John Fox’s team. McDaniels got fired after like 10 games in 2010 and never even made the playoffs.

Stephen says Jerry is serious about winning. Ok, Jerry.....you should now see what it takes.....you back up the Brinks truck for McDaniels, and get rid of that red headed goof ball that we've had to endure for almost 10 wasted seasons. We are currently a LONG ways off from what we saw today in both games!!!
There is a reason why Bill B, basically begged Josh to come back offering him head coach in waiting. Bill has never done that for any other coordinator that was leaving.
Think about that for a few minutes.
I'm sure Josh is putting together the whole game plan, offensive approach and has the respect of Brady. To keep bringing up his failure in Denver is just a stupid straw man. Many coaches are unsuccessful in their first shot at being a HC, i should not have to list them out.
I know Jerry won't do it , but he should.
