Have to laugh as the fool. He is the only one around here not seeing how badly the O line did all season long. Talk about blind.

Some people need to have reality come up and slap them in the face. Silverstar needs to actually watch a game concentrating on the O line. BUt I doubt he will do that- because then he has to admit he is a fool.

Calling people names is not going to make you sound more intelligent.

If you were intelligent, you would know that.

We were 2 wins away from the playoffs, I could care less about if JJ breaks 1000 or not. Go back to your fantasy leagues

Our running game in YPC was one of the worst in the NFL.

That is now a place the blame game. Combination poor line, injuries and predictable play calling.

I'd fire Oline coach, possibly OC, and replace up to 2/3 of the line. I'd go hire away the Denver or KC position coaches - ASAP

I'm suprised firing are not announced yet. Just get it over with.

If he can't stay healthy then he shouldn't be our featured back, much less our franchise back. All his injuries suggest to me is that he can't take the pounding of a 16+ game schedule.

Are we going to blame the OL for his injuries too?

When will the excuses end for Julius?

You just changed the arguement. At first you were talking specifically about his performance in last nights game and now you are talking about Jones' durability. I agree that injuries are a concern with Julius. There is no guarantee that he can be the franchise back, but that isn't the reason that the O-line was blocking poorly in last nights game. Tony, Herschel and Emmitt would not have had success behind that lines performance.

I am not sold on Julius being the next great Cowboys back. I do like having Barber and even Thompson on the team in case Julius suffers more injuries. That is a great stat that Julius has lots of yards in his frist 21 games, but I count games missed just as much as games played. He has had an opportunity to play in 32 games and has been unable to do that due to injuries. If he doesn't miss those games, he easily goes over 1000 yards.

I still don't think that makes Dallas a good offense or dominant running team. Those are problems with the offensive line and problems that need to be fixed no matter who Dallas has running the ball.

He broke a bone last year and that is his fault?

He got tackled with his leg under him and got a high ankle sprain this year and that is his fault?

His O-line has been terrible for 2 years and that is his fault?

I suppose you also thought Eddie George was the answer.

the O line sucks. That pretty much covers it. Now we have to fix it. That means some different players- and maybe a different coach. Sparano does not inspire confidence. We did better last year with less talent. Vollers, GUrode at guard, Johnson a rookie, we still were better pass and run blocking. We were better at pass blocking early, but we stank at run blocking all season long this year. To me, that means the coaching must take some of the blame.

Do you realize how many teams were 2 wins away from the playoffs?

OK then, try this...

Dallas was the very next in line to make the playoffs if Washington lost. We were THAT far away. Better than every other team in the NFC. I guess THAT shoots your argument down, right?

No? If not, it's clear what your true agenda is. A whinefest.

What a low down dirty shame!

That makes 2 years under 1,000 for Julius and I had such high hopes when we drafted him. It's not like 1,000 yards is insurmountable these days, especially when backups are breaking the mark every year. Sorry, but there's no excuse when going up against the 30th run defense in the NFL....at home no less!

We need a big punishing RB in the Larry Johnson mode IMO.

Is LenDale White coming out early?

Nothing wrong with JJ,,,he has a bad line-period!

We could have had Larry Johnson but thats another discussion.

Larry Johnson has Willie Roaf and company. Julius has Al Johnson and company.

No kidding, the one good run he had was because of blatant holding by the tightend.

Larry Johnson does brake tackles though, Julius doesn't.

Johnson is better at breaking tackles but he has such a better OL the overall comparison is not fair to Julius.

No-it's just been that season for us. Overall-we were 1 win away from a playoff birth, 2 close games(we blew) away from winning this division. Heck-we were THIS close to running the tables, but we blew it.

Our blocking schemes need to be corrected FIRST. Even Reggie Bush won't be able to find any holes behind our's.

Yep. Like they say, holding could pretty much be called on every play. Toomer was holding on Tiki's 95 yard run on Saturday. Unfortunately, Dallas has had to hold to create some holes this season.

And he has more yards in his first two seasons than Emmit or Dorsett. WHAT IS YOUR POINT

like a dozen or more guys got 1000 yards this past year.

If you don't get that, and you're the starter. Then either you've been hurt, or your OL sucks.
