They need to go out and show they have some continuity on offense and score some points. They should put up 30+ points and put this Raider team away. Get Austin, Williams and Jones more involved. Use Ogltree on the slants. Folk needs to kick the ball through the upright.

A 13-10 or something like this win will not help, not after two weeks of struggling offense and the monster schedule ahead.

Show some passion and grow some kahunas today and kick the frikin Raiders arse!

I wasn't aware there was a special column for pretty wins...

Just win, i don't care how, just win

No comparison was made. He misspoke. That's all.
I didn't mean you I just mean in general. I see it all the time and this team never comes close to finishing the way that team did. It's like people don't understand or forget that that 90s Cowboys team was one of the greatest teams ever assembled

So, you agree that you did not correctly phrase your statement of, "When you win by one point over an awful team at home, you have A LOT to work on."

That team did have a lot to work on. They lost to an awful Commanders team and an average Philly team in back to back weeks, then almost lost to a bad Giants team.

The difference is, that team DID work on it, they fixed it, and they won a championship. Anybody think this team will? History has shown time and again that no, they will not.

Some people will never comprehend the dynamics of NFC East football.

Why limit to "NFC East football?" Quite obviously the game of football escapes him entirely.

Well, he does have an affinity for Texas A&M football, so I'm not going to debate how far his knowledge goes. His comments are consistant with those who believe that even the best NFC East teams should automatically beat the weaker teams in the division and that hasn't always been historically correct.

You're right, playing bad football 3 straight weeks against bad/average teams is the sign of a team executing to perfection

zOMG duz U wants us to winz da gamez by 50 points every week?!?!?!?!!!??

Completely mischaracterizing another person's position only helps your argument in YOUR mind. It doesn't make you any more persuasive to others. But I don't expect you to have the social wherewithal to recognize how others view you and your arguments.

So if the Cowboys lose 42 to 45, would that make you feel better because the team scored tons of points?

 I mean, come on here, they did execute!

The final score isn't the end all. We could win 14-3 and if we played well on both sides of the ball, I think everyone would be fairly happy.

I guess the Cowboys lack of killer instinct is duplicated by most of their fans, expecially on this board.

Pathetic.
Cowboys fans need to grow some sorcerers?

Someone get hold of J.K. Rowling.

There is a lot of false debate going on here. Its not that people won't be happy with a win, regardless of how ugly, but there are 5 more games remaining after this one with a tough schedule and I think people want to see the offense get it going looking forward to the 5 remaining games. An ugly win in the Super Bowl is fine, because there aren't any games remaining after that one, but another offensive performance like we have seen in the last 2 weeks, doesn't inspire a lot of confidence going forward. Our next game is against the G-men in Meadowlands and we pretty much need to win that one.

Lmao...that's what I was saying.

I thought that only referred to Hawaiian High Priests and iconic Hawaiian surfer dudes.

Either way....I sure as hell don't need to grow any.

Just a "W" is not enough! The BOYS need to show the rest of the NFL and its fans that they are a team to be taken seriously. A marginal win will not do that when playing the Raiders!
