@BAT If Clowney is so good, why is he still available? Plenty of teams out there with the cap space to sign him. Yet no one chomping at the bit to sign him.

I would sign him for what Quinn got on a one year deal.

That ensures we upgrade over losing a guy who made a substantial contribution last year.

And he is much better than Quinn being both DE and OLBer..

LBer is very thin if ANY injury happens to Lee or Wolf Hunter. And who is our starting 3rd LBer anyway?

If Clowney can play Lber I think you sign him.

I had suggested Clay Matthews as a backup LBer but Clowney makes a lot more sense.

Quinn got what, $14 mil? That's a fair price for a 2 position starter player.

I wonder if the uncertain nature of the 2020 season is affecting guys like Clowney, Griffen and Logan Ryan getting what they consider a fair contract from interested teams. These are all players capable of making an impact wherever they sign.
