I'm not sure where you got this. Forbath didn't kickoff for UCLA.

They do in the NFL...and are periodically evaluated on just that ability, both.

FB Shaun Chapas
WR Dwayne Harris
WR Andre Holmes
LB Orie Lemon
S Akwasi Owusu-Ansah
WR Teddy Williams

That's not a bad PS.

I still see hopes for Butler, Callaway, Harris, Lemon and AOA becoming contributors in some capacity even if it is only ST duty.

Some are good athletes looking to become players and some are good players with marginal athletic ability.

With Drew Pearson to Tony Romo and Miles Austin, coming from undrafted sources....I do believe in the practice squad.
