There have been a lot of positives this off season. But you and the haters turn them into negatives somehow. By spewing the same old stuff, that has nothing to do with the topic.

The comments from players and others in the know have been more favorable for Shotty than they were with MM. This is a new team so must take a wait and see approach to find out what this team is about. Having said that, this is the time to be positive because of all these changes that have taken place. Unfortunately, there are those here who cannot stand anything positive about the Cowboys.

I got to agree Rocky no reason not to be positive and a little optimistic right about now as well as being realistic.

Realistically we all know we are not winning a Super bowl

Optimistically there has been effort made to try and improve the roster improve the culture and plan for the future by building the offensive line.
Rome wasn't built in a day and there's still more work to be done.

If Jerry can just give shotty a few more tools to work with specifically on the defensive line I think it's safe to say we can compete in our division and being the top two teams in our division competed for the NFC championship game might be able to make a deep run into the playoffs.

As always Jerry is the key the deciding factor the limiting factor on what we will accomplish

At this point some effort has been made it will be cool to see how lamb and Pickens work as an elite wide receiver tandem.

Will blues speed be able to break things open can shotty really lead and motivate men.

Hey if it doesn't happen we're no worse off than we usually are but there's some things to be excited about.

It's easy to say will fail and if winning the Super bowl is the only thing that gives you any enjoyment yes it will be a failure because we are not ready to do that yet.

But it does look like we've made some progress to have some good football to watch and that's where I'm at .

I'm so excited that these players are running thier mouths. I can't wait to come back to this thread as we're counting the losses. Just remember folks, where was Schottenheimer when Dak was choking up a storm against GB a couple years ago. He sure as heck wasn't standing with Dak holding a tablet and going over what the defense is doing like we've seen McVay and Shanahan do with their QB. Dak was in a mental meltdown and not one coach tried to help him. Suddenly everything is different? Yeah right! I'm not buying it.
