If that last video segment of the hit is viewed closely enough, there's no denying that Kazee left both feet to make the hit. According to the rule #1, it was, indeed, a violation of the rule whereby launching is concerned. If Kazee only had made it with one foot on the ground, it wouldn't have been a legit call. As it was, both feet were clearly off the ground upon contact. Even though the contact to the shoulder was clean, the launching aspect made it illegal. Look closely and you'll clearly see both feet off the ground when the contact occurred.
