KC-Indy thread

Smith isn't an elite QB but he is very good. Plays within himself, protects the ball, is mobile when he needs to be, etc.

He's a pretty good player that can be very good on a great team, and very average on a bad team. I think as the talent of his team goes so does he. Won't win you a 31-28 shootout against Denver but won't lose you a 14-13 defensive battle against someone either.

Chiefs haven't won a playoff game since 93 right?

Andy Reid could end that in one year and the eagles could get knocked out on the same day.

I don't think the eagles lose today though.

I don't know about that. He is a BIG reason his team is good. This same tram was 2-14 last year. He would probably struggle on a very bad team but I think he would be solid on an average team.

Saints have a horrible run defense. I don't think the Eagles are that good but I could see them beating the Saints. Brees could carry his team to victory though. If Orton could throw for 358 yards, then Brees can do the same or better.

It makes me sick to see KCs 2nd string RB get 3 less carries (12) in the first half of a playoff game than what our STARTER averaged PER GAME in an 1100 yard rushing season. Utterly ridiculous!

Eagles I think will play really well tonight, I bet they hit Bree's a bunch.

Bree's has never won a road playoff game.

Btw, this game is proving the afc south is the worst division in football.

Jerry Jones level fail trading that 1st rd pick for Trent Richardson. Cant give those away when you have a QB like Luck and want to build around him.

The 2-14 team from last year went 10-0 when they let up 17 or fewer and 1-5 when they let up more than 17. He looks great today, but the defense carries that team.

A team wearing Blue and White that's not playing and defense. Looks familiar.

It may have been, but I don't know what this game has to do with it. Indy beat DEN, SEA and SF.

They just played really poorly today. Luck especially.

A bit of a surprise. KC over the last 8 games of the regular season gave up the most yards on defense in the league. They turned it around today.

Now this is a shocker... Who is that quarterbacking for K.C. and what have they done with the real Alex Smith??
