There are 2 main types of coaches that want to come to Dallas.

1. An experienced coach who just wants to mail it in to keep getting paid.
2. Younger coach looking to move up in the coaching ranks.

Every coach, player, fan, media member saw what Dallas did last off-season and heard Stephen say next off-season will be more of the same. The boys window to try and make a SB run has closed.

A KM hire would be a TERRIBLE step backward. I never have understood why folks and pundits are enamored with him. Rather have Ben Johnson anyday. He is very respected in the league and hes young.

Kellen may be Booger's handpicked clown but after seeing what he has and what he has done in Philly I don't think the clown suit suit him as well. He's a much more involved and important part of that organization than he would ever be here in any capacity.

He's done Dallas and I hope he is done with dallas. I like the kid and only wish him the best.

I prayed all those off-seasons in the past that KM would get one of those HC jobs, Carolina one year, and Miami the next. Was so tired of his offense. Then Mike finally talked them into letting him go. If they bring him back as HC this thing is a farce.

It already is a farce, and will remain as such until Jerry is no longer here.

This has been my prediction for a while. Kellen "knows how things work around here." The Eagles will win at least one playoff game and coordinators from playoff teams are popular hires. And he's Dak's BFF, and Jerry always wants to be "QB-friendly." If Zimmer stays, Jerry can sell change and continuity at the same time.

Odds are great that Kellen won't be as good as McCarthy, but the MM haters will get their wish and give the new guy more leash than the guy who's been here five years.

It's a perfect setup for Jerry.
