If Daboll can take Daniel Jones from joke to divisional round why can't a real OC take Dak from divisional round to atleast a conf champ?

Daniel is at least a two dimensional player that probably hasn't hit his ceiling. Dak is a half dimensional player that has hit his ceiling and seems to be falling thru the floor.

Gotta replace any and everything you can to salvage that awful contract. We have to have a more explosive offense and that isn't what KM brings. Think Philly and what they did with their offense, and their QB who was trash just a year ago. Fans are still ticked, I get it. But at some point, we have to move forward. If KM has any offers that will send him away, then finally MM can run his own offense.

Dallas is at a stalemate. Either Dak or Moore has to go. They are great regular season guys but prove they cannot get it done

Why would he take another OC job, Dallas pays coordinators more than other teams

Simple ..........security, his contract expires after the 2023 season, and unless Jerry is willing to extend him, a new OC would mean a new 3-year deal. Not to mention, with 9 or more openings he could have his pick of 2-3 teams.
