Kentucky v. Arkansas. McFadden looks good.

You didn't play much football in your youth did you? Concussions aren't rare. Hell, I had a couple in highschool.

Shoot, I had one for sure and maybe a second as a kid playing at recess in elementary school... Maybe that explains a lot about me....:

But hey, Trickblue, on Nutt -- I went to UA for a year and am still kind of a fan, although I don't follow them closely. Do you really think Nutt is that bad? I'm actually kind of amazed they are usually as good as they are. There's not a population center anywhere near there -- this is a state with a smaller population than the Houston area! -- so they don't have a lot of good places to recruit. (Beautiful area, though.) I'm not saying he's a great coach or anything, I just think that would be a tough place to win for almost anywhere, and maybe his recruiting ability makes up for some on-field coaching ability.

And didn't Birmingham play RB most of his time there? I know I saw him make some long runs. I'll say this, Cobbs was an extremely talented back. He should be a very good NFL RB right now -- but I guess he just didn't have what it takes upstairs to succeed. I know he had some drug problems, too.

Anyway, back to topic. I think McFadden is special, the best I've seen in a while. It's hard for him to do much in college with a bullseye on his back and absolutely zero passing game for Ds to worry about.
