I think we'll all agree that Philadelphia has much better wide receivers than Washington.
That said...
12th rated qb in the nfl - donavan mcnabb - 92.9 qb rating
15th rated qb in the nfl - jason campbell - 86.4 qb rating
They traded their 2nd and a 3rd or 4th for a 6.5 increase in qb rating. And who thinks McNabb plays better than he does last year in the system he has played in his entire career with some of the best receivers he has ever had compared to going into a new system that he has never played in with inferior receivers?
What they gain in McNabb is experience and probably a slightly longer range. That said they lose accuracy and mobility behind an already beleaguered offensive line.
This moves makes no sense, and it won't improve Washington that much if at all. McNabb will be a year or two stop gap before people want Campbell back again.
