I really like Brain thomas. If we were in a position to go BPA he would most likely be our pick but we have some neon sign glaring needs all over the field that has be filled via the draft.
Brian Thomas Jr. Is a need.

Immature players scare me as they usually aren't hard workers and just live off their talent. Yes, some succeed, but most bust.
Where have you bell heard Guyton is immature? Thats the first I’m hearing it.

I have heard it throughout the process, even Dane said in his write-up, he has the talent if he is motivated to get there.

Multiple team sources said they had maturity concerns with Guyton, but he interviewed well at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, which could help ease those concerns.

I haven’t seen it much. Only a few times as well

Oklahoma offensive tackle Tyler Guyton is one player who really needs a strong week of practice in Mobile. Sources from multiple teams have raved about Guyton’s skill set, as he is very big, smooth and somewhat athletic. However, Guyton is also said to be raw and needing development. Teams also have concerns with a lack of consistency on the field and his make-up for the professionals. Hence, Guyton needs to practice and interview well during Senior Bowl week.

One NFC area scout said

Character stuff keeps him from being a lock 1st round guy …. More of a trust issue there and him having to convince people moving forward that it’s a non-issue. His ability has never been questioned; other than he’s maddeningly inconsistent and picks his spots too often when to turn it on. Can’t do that on the next level, but he’s really talented kid.”

I am pretty anti Guyton and have been since day one.

Battled injuries at TCU and Oklahoma. Only 14 starts OVER 3 SEASONS! Can’t stay healthy opted out of the bowl game. Raw and unproven and sloppy technique. Just don’t see it
ugh
more and more sounds like a Jerry pick

Not a fan of either pick, but it could very well turn out this way, But it could go a number of different ways as well. Draft night as always should be fun.

If Bowers drops to 24 I’m running to the podium.

Dude is arguably the best TE prospect of the last 20 years.

The offense has been our strength the past few years yet in the playoffs has been our weaker unit.
Let's get some help at defense and stop the Green Bays and San Franciscos of the league from running and passing all over us in the post season.
