Kony ealy will be a bust? If he had run 4.6 in the combine like he did in his pro day then every body will be OK with him at 16. Barr has potential but he could be a bust.if the cowboys are forced to pick at 16 then I would bet they pick Ealy.

Kiper was still high on Barr last time I checked. McShay has been down on him for a while.

I wonder if Kiper is hearing Barr will slide. That and the possible NFL Draft invite snub has me worried.

I don't want to pass on Barr but with who was drafted 1 through 15, I wouldn't hate us drafting Pryor there.

Kiper has changed his opinion recently--about a couple of weeks ago. On his podcast, he's been talking about finally getting to watch more tape on Barr and now agrees with Todd.

I agree. You can usually add a tenth or two to pro day times. The tracks are not the same and they are hand timed where as they are electronically timed at the combine. Prodays are almost always much faster. He just doesnt seem like a quick twitch guy to me. Doesnt have the quick first step or burst, He wont be a bust, Just nothing really special IMO.

I'm curious to understand why you say this. Barr has better times in the 40, 20 and 10 splits and the 3Cone and Shuttle.

Great link. That is further evidence to me that Barr is the guy we should target at 16. He is already an elite pass rusher and has one of the highest ceilings of anyone in this draft. If Donald is gone and Barr is still there, I sprint to the podium with Barr's name.

Lol, I hear you. I just hope Donald falls to our team but I know that may not happen.

It does not make any sense to draft a safety knowing that the team needs olinemen and dlinemen. I recommend a trade down if an opportunity presents itself to Dallas.

Have they talked to Pryor? I think the 1st round pick will be someone that was brought in for a visit. So if Pryor hasn't and we can't trade then I think it would be Barr or Jernigan.

They traded up for Claiborne without having him in for a visit. So I wouldn't rule it out.

What that tells me is that Barr has what you need, 1st and foremost from a WDE in a 43. He has the speed rush off the edge. If you don't have that, you can't play WDE.

That was more in response to people who think it is accurate to rail on Kiper for being inaccurate. Is he? Sure. But who is more accurate? Wait, there isn't anyone who stands above all of them.
