I like the fact that these changes are being made with a good number of interviews and consideration taking place. The experience levels of those selected thus far have been encouraging. It's good to see how members here are optimistically looking forward to another season for this team to experience impending improvement. It may well take a reasonable amount of time for things to develop impressively. Let's just be well prepared to adopt a generous amount of patience for so many changes to find success, in the meantime. The work process will surely be demanding.

Jeanty time!

Look for Will Hernandez or Evan Brown to sign here. Hernandez would compete at RG with Hoffman.

Brown could kick Beebe to RG

This has the potential to be a very good hire.
I bet the talking heads won’t say a word about these hirings because it doesn’t fit the narrative. I am confident now that they really want to get this running game going and they are not going to be dependent on getting a single player (Jeanty). They are going to change the run scheme and get rid of that sorry offensive line coach.

I think they have done well and been pretty progressive on their staff hires outside of Schottenheimer. Of course you could posit he is the most risky hire of all harhar… Either way, I am pretty pleased with the coordinators and other coaches they have hired. People outside of the comfort zone who have done well in their current positions, or in the past at their current positions like Eberflus. Well done overall.

My hunch is that we are going to see Dak more under Center next season to try to disguise what they are doing more. My hope is that they use a similar scheme as the Lions, where it was difficult to know when they were running or passing the football.

I need to see some actual participation in FA, but this is a start. Just can't keep seeing business as usual.

I expect a lot of players familiar with Eberflus and Adams scheme to come on cheap deals (Evan brown, Will Hernandez types)

Now time to attack these extensions so we can get some free agents.

Starting to peak my interest now on how this team will be coached......this FO MUST get the right players that these coaches want......they can't duplicate last years lazy offseason and expect meaningful change
