Kubiac for OC in 2014?

Sounds like the shannahan's are out in DC.

What if we miss the playoffs again and cincy gets bounced in round 1.

There could actually be a scenario where we could hire Shannahan as HC, Kubiak as OC and Zimmer as DC.

I wonder if something that would ever happen here? I don't think shannahan would ever put up with another Snyder/jerry type.

after hearing this morning that he is so put off by Snyder that he cleaned out his office before the playoff game in January it would appear he is not a fan of spoiled rich guys who get to mess around with the organization and do what they want.

I thought he was friends with Jerry? Of course being friends with someone doesn't mean you'd want to work for them.

And I think Kubiak would be a huge improvement here.
