Ya i am hoping but unfortunately, this is the stuff I saw on his college tape as well.

I wasn't thrilled with what I saw but everyone else was so i remained optimistic. I think he may be a better nickle than anything else, hope i am wrong.
Well. He only cost us a 5th rounder.
Not like we drafted him in the second round
Like our other injury projects, lol

I will also point out that some of their nonsignings have been well done too. The not signing Randy Gregory, Lael Collins, and OBJ have been good passes from the FO. Gregory has been invisible this season and just got suspended. Collins has been crap with the Bengals, and OBJ is a mess. They took criticism for these passes, but they were smart decisions.
If they would have signed Von Miller they would not be as good as they are today and it would have totally screwed them up if he got hurt like he did in Buffalo.

I disagree about Amari Cooper. Getting him out of the door opened up the door for Lamb and they plan on having Lamb around for a long time.

You disagreeing with me isn’t surprise what else is new? Not about to spend all day with you on this one. Lol Getting rid of him is the reason we’ve been having to look at receivers all season. There would’ve been no talk about OBJ had we kept Amari. CeeDee struggled the first half of the season without Cooper and I believe he would be even better now with him. The reason we added another receiver is to try and take some coverage off of CeeDee. Noah Brown has been pretty good, but he doesn’t have the speed to scare anyone. All the Cowboys great teams had a solid number two receiver. Michael Gallup has not been very good this season coming off the ACL.

As most regular readers on this forum know, I have been hard on this front office for what I felt like was a lack of action in the free agent market last year.

I must say they have been really impressive with their in season free agent signings and trades.

Hankins
Peters
Hilton

All have all made impacts with their play as well as mentoring our younger players.

I am impressed with their team first mentality.

Hopefully these player can continue to contribute.

Again, props to the front office on a job well done !
Oh please Dak Haters undressed this Department long time ago!!

Head Coach of Year, GM of the Year with one Playoff win..... everything else is gravy.

Yep, something seems to have changed

I think McClay locked Stephen in a closet?
They had the plan the whole time. Their plan was to get as many good young players that they could on the roster so they could beat the salary cap and have the best team. Once they got as many guys that they could on their rookie contracts they then added the free agents that they needed with the money that they have saved. They also continued to develop their on guys and sign them. They knew what they were doing. They are well on their way to having double digit wins again next year. They have a full allotment of draft picks to use to add talent to this team.

You’ve not been paying attention to the games or you would have seen the drop off when LVE went out.
Yes definitely seen the drop off but imo even with LVE the D will not hold up in the play-offs.

Its basically the same D as last year who got pushed around by SF.

To me if your DTs aint gonna be all that great, then you need a stud at MLB.

Look what Ro McLain did for that 2014 D, the guy balled out that season, he brought a physicalness to the D, Durant def played better with him around, too bad he got hurt towards the end of the season iirc.

And many people forget Ro got hurt on the first series of the GB play-off game, looked bad then went out a few series later for the rest of the game.

Even recently in LVE's rookie year - him and Jaylon both played very well and carried that D.

This off season my wish list would be DT, MLB Free safety and CB.

I think Cooper wasn’t a good locker room fit. He just goes through the motions with his supreme talent. No fire. No dog in him at all. Not a good influence on the young guys and not conducive to what MM is trying to build. JMHO

Well, I have never seen them sign so many in season free agents before.
Also, is your like button broke?

Again you’re not paying attention. Hankins will also be back. He’s a monster in the middle. You need to keep up with the team. You have no clue what’s going on and just basing your opinion on the last game.

Yes I only recently started following this team.

My bad, yes Hankins and LVE will be the answer.

Rant?? :lmao2::lmao2:

Wow words have lost their meaning..do you know the root word for Hate is LoveLess:lmao2:

Whom are the Front Office biggest critics J?

Furthermore what is their agenda V?
Follow my flow B?:lmao2:
Hey Q, sorry if I offended you.
I was using the word rant in a casual way.
To me it can be used to describe expressing several things you feel strongly about.
I have been following you since our old days on the DMN Forum and always looked forward to reading your post.
I have been hard on the front office for what I feel are valid reasons.
I felt it only fair to give credit where I felt it due.

He never gave the team any trouble, and he made a number of big plays. We were a better team with him. Adding TY Hilton helped CeeDee have a big day against the Eagles. Hilton has a reputation and he had to be accounted for. A big play number two receiver will open up a lot of opportunities for CeeDee.

They will certainly help don’t you think? And don’t forget Sam Williams. But you’re one of those that give up at the drop of a dime so you do you, jump ship like a rat.
