You are so right. The only solution to this problem is a massive raise in pay for the players involved. First and foremost the QB must be rewarded.

EXACTLY we need to shower them with more praise and accolades for losing. THAT will fix the problem! raises, hugs and kisses and trips to disney world all around... after all we can't let them get sad after going to the Pro bowl in hawaii, we'll need to take their minds off of it with more money and ANOTHER free vacay!
