I just hope that this series doesn't go longer than 6 games.

Whoever comes out of the west is going to be exhausted (21 games) going up against a fresh legged Lebron (12-14 games).

Come on man... Melo's a forward and got 2 inches and 30 pounds on Kobe.

Kobe still went toe-to-toe and scored 18 in the 4th, Melo had 9.

Gonna be a great battle in this series.

Melo doesn't know the meaning of defense. He is like Dirk. All offense and rebounds.

Carmelo & La La Have A Post Game Dinner With Their Laker Foes

It was all love even after the Carmelo and Denver Nugget loss to the Lakers last night. Laker ballers Derek Fisher and Lamar Odom took Melo and his fiance La La out to dinner at Katsuya for some post-game fun:

Cute look for La La.

Oh ok Lamar. I guess that little dating stint with Taraji P. Henson is over because his dinner date is indeed not her.

And Derek Fisher was there with his wife–avoiding his stalker at all costs I’m sure.

I would not count Orlando out so quickly. Lets see what happens in that series before we decide who the eventual champs will be. Lakers basically costed in the first half and still came out and won. I don't think they can get away with that throughout the series but if I'm evaluating this thing, I'm looking at it and saying the Nuggets basically played about as good as they can and lost. The Lakers didn't play nearly as well as they are capable and won.

If the Lakers take both in LA and one in Denver, the series is over. Denver has to hold serve in Denver or better yet, win a game in LA and maybe it's a seven game series. Good game last night.

Can you imagine if Romo and Jessica went to dinner with McNabb and Westbrook after we just lost a playoff game to them? The internet would explode.

Anyway, I think the Nuggets played as well as they've played this post season last night. Melo was on fire and even K-Mart was hitting that ugly shot of his.

Kobe did whine a lot, that was dissapointing, but he still knows how to put the dagger in when it counts. That 3 Chauncy hit at the end of the game was spectacular, even though he did step out of bounds first.

The refs were generally sloppy last night.

People say Melo can't be that hot all series..well Chauncey and JR Smith were both sub-par last night and will NOT be like that every game, so it breaks even

Melo is averaging 30 points and 9 rebounds through out the playoffs.

I also disagree with those saying Denver played its best game in game one and still loss. Chauncey and JR Smith were awful in that game and Nene disappeared in the second half and Denver still out played the Lakers.

It looks to me like the Nuggets have turned up the intensity and the Lakers dont seem to be able to match them.

I think Denver wins tonight and the winner of game 4 wins the series.

This series will be over in 5 or 6 unless Phil Jackson changes his rotations. Fisher single handily cost them the game the other night. Both Brown, and Farmar have been more productive on both ends of the floor in the playoffs. Maybe D-Fish can get suspended for the rest of the playoffs.

Phil also has to start playing Bynum. We were up 14 with him in the game, and then he only gets 4 minutes of PT in the 2nd half. ***????

Lakers will get embarrassed tonight. Mark my words. Denver is VERY hostile..more than Houston. Expect a game 4 like perfomance from the Lakers.

If JR Smith is healthy and can give Denver some offense, I expect a blowout.

To me, Game 4 is gonna be L.A.'s chance to get a win in Denver.

the nuggets are the worst inbounding team in the history of the NBA
Does George Karl take a "Best Inbounders List" and read it upside down?? What a joke.
