Now you know what I have felt 9 times! I hate losing to the Celtics more than anything. I grew up with it in the 60s when we lost to them 6 times in the finals. The 3 times we have beaten Boston in the finals were the sweetest ever!

Great rivalry though and I hope we meet again next year! We still owe you guys a few more.

He shoot poorly last night but, he played good defense, he rebounded and he had assists. He lead the Lakers in Scoring, Assists and Steals in the Series. As poorly as he shot, he still lead all scores with 23. If you look at the whole series, there really is nobody else who was nearly as deserving, at least IMO. For the Celtics, I'd probably say Rondo. For the Lakers, the only other guy might be Gasol but he did not have as good a series as did Kobe. Kobe did not look spectacular last night but good defensive teams will make you look that way.
