This coming off season will be humorous. Some team will will give Rush a pretty decent contract to be bridge starter for a rookie QB and he will become like Nick Foles, and bounce around the league. All of that will depend on Rush and what his aspirations are, but I would not blame him for taking a huge payday to be a starter or competition to be a starter.
