Technically Custer was only a Colonel then. Very arrogant and very sure of himself.

Sorta over estimated his ability and underestimated how mad the Indians were and how many there were.

I don't put Noll up with those I mentioned. Every single one of those coaches were not only great coaches but innovators and creators.
