Garrett is the worst thing that has happened to this team. He doesn't have field vision and that is why he can't mix the run and pass effectively. It isn't bout ratios, it is about keeping teams off balance. Everybody says that our offense is dictated by what the defense is going to do, but that is a big joke. Garrett has a one track mind... It's been 3 years and we see this team going back to the same tendencies it has been going back to by the end of the year.

Wade needs to just B-slap Jerry and tell him to bring in an OC, just like the Commanders did. I mean seriously... Even Sherm Lewis knew enough to keep backs in to counteract the Dallas pressure, and when the blitz went threw, roll the RBs and TEs out for a quick pass. That is why they held the ball for as long as they did....

Roy does not love football or the Dallas Cowboys or Cowboys fans.

All he loves is himself and money.

He has got his money already so he doesn't need to play hard anymore. Why expose his ribs for a shot just to catch some stupid football. It just doesn't make sense. He'll let those ones go and try to catch only balls that are perfectly thrown when there is noone around to hit him.

If you don't like it as a Cowboys fan, that's too bad - Jerry is his personal friend and has guaranteed him lots of money.

Roy may be favoring his ribs, but what is he saving them for?

Playoffs?

Wait. We're the Cowboys.

Hmmm......

Here's an idea. Maybe Roy's a good guy and wants to make plays but just isn't good enough or isn't able to for some reason. Does it make us feel better if he's a quitter or distracted by his money or has no heart?

Who does Landry think he is?

I have seen him shy away from Brandon Jacobs.

This was after Jacobs trucked him the year before.

Williams hurt Philadelphia.

I hope he remembers this.

The Cowboys will beat them, again. This year, in the scumskins' house!

I posted this last year and see no reason to change the opinion.

Roy Williams is and always will be a coach killer who has no desire to maximize his potential. He will always take the easy way out and never give maximum effort. The man is not a winner and never will be. He was the ring leader for a group of prima donnas at Texas who caused the Longhorns to play in big games much like the Cowboys did today. It's not a coincidence that the Horns rallied around a real leader the minute Williams graduated and went on to win back-to-back Rose Bowls. Sorry to break it to you, but if you think he will ever be more than he showed this season, you are dead wrong.

This isn't a Cowboys - Skins thing , this is Landry a PRO being disgusted by a money grubbing - gutless - fake NFL WR.

Roy Williams is the WORST player to ever wear a Cowboys uniform -WORST.

If we had a real coach a real GM , RW wouldn't be dressed Thursday.

I got mad respect for Landry not letting this smiling fool get away with it.

Landry can play in Dallas anytime as far as I'm concerned.

as for Landry in Dallas...no thanks, we already have an overpaid underachiver at safety that cant cover, make plays on the ball or tackle consistently.

i imagine he is still a little leary of going over the middle or up high for a ball the way Romo has been hanging out WR to dry a few times this season. Roy's hit in Denver being the best example of this. That being said it is no excuse. He is getting paid a TON to do his job.

This is spot on ...
I think this would be, if Roy Williams doesn't turn out the be the player they thought he'd be, this will be one of the worst trades in NFL history," Aikman said.
"If he's not a number one receiver... that's a huge flaw in the scouting department," Aikman said.

I didn't need Landry to tell me RW was scared. It was obvious to anyone watching the game that he didn't want to get hit.

It reminded me of the Skins game when TO obviously had an eye out for Shawn Taylor. You could tell Taylor was in his head.

Roy Williams short-armed so many passes against the Commanders Sunday, Fox actually ran a lowlights package of his afternoon. (That's more embarrassing than getting pantsed.)

Lurking in the foreground of Williams' weak efforts was Commanders safety LaRon Landry. Asked what he thought about Williams by the Commanders website, Landry said the Cowboys receiver looked "scared."

"Yeah. I know he was. Y'all can quote it, too," Landry said Monday. "Y'all can tell him right now, tell him I'm sayin' it. I can say it right now: yeah, he was scared, I think. I told him he was scared."

Williams' reaction to Landry wasn't shocking. He had none. He didn't have any catches in the game either. Cowboys offensive coordinator may not want to bother sending Williams over the middle any more.

"Certain routes he ran, you could tell he didn't want any part of it," Landry said.

Landry sees what I see. Along with that, if he spent enough time playing opposite Roy he would also see:

  • laziness
  • a 45 million dollar WR that can only run slants (YAWN)
  • a route rounder offer
  • a person with no idea what a 90 degree angle is
  • the worst draft day trade ever
  • TO without the stats
  • a crybaby
  • a jealous *****
  • drop city
  • a slow learner
  • a first down machine in his own mind

Always somebody to find a way to throw TO in when people are calling out Roy. TO hade a broken finger that game too, and didn't get blanked. But hey, do your thing.

My point is I refuse to side with a Deadskins ***** who is pissed off his team lost. You said their receivers caught the ball. I'm saying so what? If our receivers had caught the ball, but we lost, I'd be pissed off. Bottom line we won the game. Is Roy the definition of suckiness right now? Yes. But LaRon Landry can go screw himself. That's my point.

 Never thought I would see our fans seek so low to prove a point.
