And what was Dak doing throwing that terrible INT in the end-zone? Everyone throws bad INT's. Dak will have plenty more. And that won't make him an overrated / horrible QB.
Tony Romo is a great Quarterback and Dak Prescott is a great Quarterback. Every great player had a bad game or two, or three in their careers. I am a Romo homer and always will be but there's games that he played bad in. There's also games he played great in. With being a Romo homer I am fully behind and love what Dak has done with the team and revitalizing the franchise. And I feel Dak is awesome and I am looking forward to rooting for this young man for the next 10-15 years. If you like Romo that doesn't mean you have to diss Dak and if you like Dak that doesn't mean you have to diss Romo. Both men are awesome and both will have good games and bad games and still be awesome.

I think what gets lost in all the Romo vs Dak crap is that we are successfully transitioning from one franchise QB to another. Under normal circumstances that takes several years or decades, ask Cleveland about that. I thought with Jerry as the GM it would never happen, I was wrong about that. We are unbelievably fortunate to have this transition happen this way. I love Dak but I will always respect and be appreciative of what Romo did for the franchise and the team. And even this week he proved to be the ultimate team player. how can anyone still diss this guy with what he's done in the past and this week but virtually killing the QB controversy and putting the team before his individual desires.

Before Tuesday Romo was always going to be in my top 5 favorite Cowboys, after what he did on Tuesday he moved to #1. Aikman, Staubach, White, Morton, none of those guys would have taken the humble route that Tony took and put the team first. Romo has been the ultimate warrior and ultimate team mate for the cowboys and I as a Cowboy fan will forever be grateful for that.

Now, let's watch Prescott destroy the Ravens, Stick it to them Dak, show them who's the man.

I love people complaining about Romo's int in this thread. Go back and remember all this in context. Owens quit on a route on the opening drive vs pittsburgh and caused an int, then later romo was picked for a td....after the game owens threw his big tantrum about romo always throwing to witten and how they draw up plays...then others insinuated it was race related.

The following week Romo injured his back for the first time vs the giants when fred robbins kneed him. He made it through the game but barely. During the week he barely practiced and was receiving treatment, this is when he missed the interview with deion and marshall faulk....then faulk hated him forever and still does because he took it personal instead of realizing romo had a serious back injury.

Romo was struggling to throw the ball in that ravens game. They talked all week going into that game about needing to take shots down the field to back this defense off. The INT was a play where they took a shot, but because of his back he could get nothing on the throw. he looked like he was in pain during this game and then vs the eagles he had the same problems and Collapsed in the shower after the game.

Meanwhile people are still whining about the int, never mind the fact that they overcame some issues and had the lead late and should have won when our safeties decided to forget how to tackle and end the season.

What the hell was Romo doing on that first int? Throws like that is what angers me when people act like we never put good players around him. That was a winnable game

True I hated that but Romo always got us close at the end. He would redeem himself as the game went.

I remember that. Owens antics after the Pittsburgh game that season. TO was a cancer that season especially towards the end. IO remember he was saying that Roy Williams was upset also. Didn't Owens and Witten almost get into a fight or was it Owens and Bobby Carpenter? The end of that season was a mess as far as team morale goes.
