That would imply they had it in the first place, which they didn't. They had the lead at one point, but they never had the game.

Morris' effectiveness was partially due to RG3 having a great rookie year and being on the field. The defense had to respect RG3 and his ability to make plays with his arm and legs so the Cowboys couldn't stack the box. The Cowboys got torched by RG3 on Thanksgiving for 4 TD passes so they had to repeat him despite him not being 100%. Morris wouldn't have been as effective had the Cowboys not had to respect the duel threat RG3 brought to the table. An "elimination game" is what it is and if Romo's elimination game record was 6-1 and not 1-6 no one would claim it's a stupid stat.

Assigning records to individual players is stupid, no matter who it is. Narrowing it down to some narrow definition created for one player is just doubling down on the stupid. And it doesn't matter what the Cowboys respected. The fact is, he was awful that game.

This might the worst under 2 minute offense from any team, in this case the Skins, I've ever seen. i can't see RG3 starting anymore for the Skins this year he is godawful.

Every time I see the Commanders play I get more angry at the Cowboys for losing to them. The way RGIII is playing the Cowboys won't get a chance to play him, which makes the Commanders better through subtraction.
