What's not okay is casual fans who don't delve into tape or numbers thinking they have any leg to stand on in a discussion. Let's face it, and I am putting this politely, you are one of them.

Anyone attempting to state the ring argument with Aikman and ignoring the team we assembled is blatantly being obtuse and pushing a narrative.

You leave our exactly what happened on those playoff games. You do this for a reason. Don't waste my time and go to your usual argument when I back you into a corner, "Agree to disagree"
I postulate the 97 team would have made the playoffs with Tony Romo at quarterback.

The ONLY thing you discuss on this site is tearing down Dak and making arguing for Romo. Are you a Cowboys fan? Do you discuss any other aspects of the team? Be real with me for a moment? Why do you even show up here?

LOL ah the ol' "You're a meanie Cowboys' hater" - You see what you want to see.

Go back through my posts and see what I have discussed. I praise and criticize players on every team. Try and back up the "I only discuss" - You will fail.

Here's an idea - Each time you even remotely HINT at the "you iz a troll" comment, you get slapped with a report. Stop whining over someone being negative at some aspects of this team.

I think the giants are favorites to win the SB,they have been there and done that and have the best secondary to shut down all passing attacks.
I don't think they're favorites just b/c they'll be on the road for the entire playoffs. But I do believe they present the biggest challenge to us because of that defense. Remember our success this year was predicated on TOP/no turnovers. Giants are third in 3rd down defense and their secondary catches the ball when it's thrown to them.

Lions, packers, or Giants in 2 weeks. Who you want?
I'm still trying to figure out if we need GB to be the 6 seed and go to SEA or if we want them to be the 4, and host NY.

There's a lot in play, and we need the matchups to not be too friendly for Atlanta's side of the bracket. I think right now best case would be GB as the 6 vs. Seattle. We would have to figure out the Giants. If we got the other scenario with the Lions as the 6, I think it's very likely Packers come to AT&T, but the Falcons would have to deal with the Seahawks who would give them a good game.

I lost how? I'm asking you if this is acceptable? Two playoff victories in 10 years as a starter? I like Romo.. I took ANOTHER Romo injury and an insanely phenomenal rookie to unseat him. Anyway you slice it, 2 playoff wins in a decade is NOT GOOD. Stop making excuses and raise your standards man.

I'd lean towards the Packers beating the Giants. I hate that the Giants keep beating us.

if maclin is not able to play the chiefs may not make it past the steelers. maclin hurt his knee today hopefully he can play full strength in the first playoff game.

they'll have a bye so he has time to rest - if it's not that serious.

I hate even having to criticize Aikman. One of my favorite players and favorite celebrities of all time.

But this is what happens when you discuss the games with many fans. It comes to this. Nostalgia is a terrible thing in sports.

And I think the main point here is, regardless, people have no idea just how good Romo was. A boneheaded play isn't a Romo play. He's at worst in the discussion as the greatest quarterback in franchise history.
