I am guessing it has to do with money. The networks with the late games prefer a few games so more people will watch a featured game and they will make more money. It works when they have a marquee matchup or the Cowboys.

Saints Defense torched on that play and couldn't make a tackle to save their lives. They can be exposed against us in their secondary, especially Eli Apple.

3 Late games - 6 QBs and Mahomes is the only good one. Goff is decent. Trubisky is a steaming pile of hot garbage. Bridgewater is backup material. Flacco is a has been. And Carr stinks. See his end zone INT and later INT with not a WR in sight?
