I agree. It’s nothing personal with the player. But you win sone, you lose some. This one is a loss. And they shouldn’t be risking other young players to keep that loss going.

But far too often, this team are the last to realize this or admit mistakes.
luv Will McClay. The dude has been nails finding talent in different ways. We are blessed 2 have him. He might be the best hire Jerry has made the last decade. The issue has been when Stevie gets involved and makes dumb stabs in the dark on a player against all odds, expecting a different result. JW is an oft injured guy that has never lived ^ 2 his ceiling and thats exactly what we got. Go figure.

great point. I actually cant think of 1. MAYBE the last time that happened was when we got Haley here via trade. He was still on the upswing. In his prime. Hadnt quite hit his full potential til he came here then he took off like a rocket ship. That was over 2 decades ago.
Wow. That’s poor scouting on our part. We should have people watching these teams young players. I know when they want to come here it’s for JJ to over pay. Now SJ is cheap maybe why we don’t score any of these players. No excuse for us not to be covered at O-Line.

if we cut Brandon smith that guy will be a stud in 2 years for some team. He just has the look of an NFL caliber wr that can play a long time at a high level. His best trait is he is always available and catches everything that comes his way. His hands are elite. His footwork is way ahead of Tolbert and Houston. Has great awareness.

Should've signed Billy Turner after G.Bay cut him for cap savings. Ultimate position flex.....RT, RG, LT for packers. Signed w Denver for 2.5
I’ve been wanting a vet all off season
They’ve wanted to develop a guy which is great and is the perfect scenario. But developing a tackle is not a quick thing to do. Many take a few years to develop like free did

Solomon Kindley was cut from Miami. He looked alright his rookie year but has had issues with weight. If in shape he’s an good depth/pinch guard with power

Tyler Shelvin was released by the Bengals, I wanted to draft him. Seems Bohanna is working out well. But man, Shelvin is a big body inside.

Says a lot though, being released after one season.

Pretty sure I chose him in 90% of the mocks I did.

IMO, he reminds me of Romo's boy Miles Austin. Fast but extremely smooth and glides through his routes. Need to see more but I think his hands are comparable, if not better, than Mile's and that's saying something. Agreed on all points my friend.

Man, Preston Williams was waived (obviously) by Miami. Wish we could pick him up. Would be an immediate upgrade at WR and would be scary with 88 and 13.

If he can get open. Get him out there. We have 1 proven WR. These young WR are going to have to keep us going. Even after Gallup gets back. We will have some 4 WR sets. Figure we will run a lot of 12 personnel to protect Dak.

Well looks like he was released..
