UHH, that would also depend on where the "cyst" was, how big the "cyst" was, and which way it was removed. Just as it would depend on if the surgery on the disk was a disectomy a per-cutaneous discectomy, a laminotomy and laminectomy, etc.etc.etc. Or it could've also been a fusion, a vertebroplasty, or a Posterior Cervical Decompression (Microdiscectomy) Surgery. One thing that annoys the hell outta me is for people to come on here and basically call everyone an idiot because they watch tv and listen to the only people they have to listen to.Perhaps we can lean on you for more educated assistance in helping us figure out these type hush hush things out.

Romo looked pretty good in the blue white scrimmage. Wouldn't be surprised if he is still a little sore from the cyst removal. One thing that ABQ did point out to me after watching some clips of Romo throwing was how he was swinging his leg out during his follow through. I don't remember him doing this in the past, but it was never something I put much thought into.
