If LT was doing a 16 yr old in the state of New York, its statutory rape regardless of if the girl consented or not.


The fact that the Police recovered a condom, presumably used, they have LT's DNA and this case is about as clear cut as you can get. That probably explains why LT confessed that he had sex with her since the Police already have all the physical evidence they need.....if the reports are true.

Personally, I think they should castrate the sick ****.

The Quest health club is right next to my high school. I used to work out every morning before school with my Dad. That is where I got to know Judy Parcells. She was part of our breakfast club. So finally heard something about this case on ESPN after shrugging it off to an actual rape acse.....I thought he actually RAPED someone.....not just had sex with a prostitute....which to me, is two totally different things, even if she was 16. I'm sorry, it should't be RAPE if it's consentual. The dictionary term uses "force" in all its definition of rape. No force, no need to include the term rape.

Did he do something bad? Maybe. But saying he raped someone in every headline aint right.

Any 50 something male should not be having sex with a 16 year old little kid. What in the hell is wrong with you? Do you like them young? Pathetic. I remember a Japanese steak house on top of a mountain just over the border into NY state I think, (details get fuzzy with age). You could see NYC from it on a clear night. The state parks in that area are incredible. Used to do a lot of camping and fishing. I miss the forests. Not much like that in my area of Kansas. Spent a lot of my summers out at LBI.

Ouch. Her pimp told her to tell him that she was 19 and she did. Unfortunately, she was still underage and ignorance of her age is not a valid defense. If they can prove that he had sex with her, he is guilty.

My point is any man with an ounce of morals would not be ****ing 16 year old little kids. Pretty simple really. You can rationalize or justify such as you did with the "16 is not a little kid...have you seen how 16 year olds act nowadays" comment but that fact is LT by the letter of the law is a rapist. Now if he gets convicted is a completly different story. You do understand there is a very long list of things LT has done over his life that clearly identify him as a scum bag. His nailing a 16 year old in a hotel cheating on his wife is just the most recent example.

Maybe you have kids and a wife and maybe you don't but to say it's OK for LT to have sex with/rape according to the law, a 16 year old and to continue to insist it's not rape or very, very wrong is insane in my opinion. How much choice do you really believe that little girl had?
