I think this guy doing this video was a bit too critical of Clark. First he is a backup without a lot of experience. I would expect him to be a little lost at times out there.
Then, as far as his tackling, this whole team hits like a girls flag football team. It's not just Clark. Even Micah Parsons tackles like he is hitting a carton of eggs. Donovan Wilson used to bang people but even he has been doing a lot of arm tackling this year. As a team they are just soft.
We saw the Saints, Ravens and Lions all blocking well against Dallas. No one beats their blocks. But it is also true their LBs have not really attacked the gaps consistently for a few years. Again, this is what we mean when we say they are soft.
The Lions have one of the best offensive lines in football. It is not shocking to me that they manhandled the Cowboys DL, which may be the worst in the league. The Cowboys are weak in teh trenches on both sides of the ball which is why they are 3 and 3 and not 5-1 or something like that. It is why they will be 6-11 at the end of the season.
