I just don't see Parcell's having any reason to yank Shanle - and he hasn't and Dat was healthy past 2 weeks......

I disagree. The best player should always play. If Shanle has shown the coaching staff that he is clearly the better player then he should start. The idea that a starter shouldn't lose his job because of injury can only hurt a team.

then let's agree to disagree. i guess i'm just one of those that believes there was a reason Dat began the season starting over Shanle. now ask yourself what that might be.

i'll give you a hint... Dat's better than Shanle.

Play both to their strengths...there are enough plays to go around, plus it will keep Dat and Shanle fresh in the rth quarter.
