Worrell Williams, LB, California:star:

Williams is another player that has NFL bloodlines. His brother, D.J., plays for the Broncos. He is not on the level of a James Laurinaitis or Rey Maualuga, but Williams deserves mention in the second tier of inside linebacker prospects. Williams is short, but built thick so he is able to play in between the tackles and top the run. He is athletic and quick enough to react and get to the perimeter and make plays sideline to sideline, despite lacking great speed for his position. Williams is constantly around the action and is a player that is capable of making an impact next year in the NFL. He does not possess all the standout physical tools you look for but he makes up for it with his football smarts and toughness. Williams may only project as a mid day two prospect, but you will hear about him on Sundays.

he was better as a Junior

but interesting nonetheless, because that year was pretty good

105 tackles, 8.5 for loss, 3 forced fumbles, fumble return for TD

not that small at 6' 250
