This surprises me some. Actually a lot. So you are leaving South Beach for Cleveland? I don't get that. At least he handled this "decision" with a little more class than last time.

He's going home. Hell he left Miami in the summer to stay in Cleveland.

I don't think I've ever hated LeBron.

I hated that he went to Miami because I still hated Miami-- still do. Even after the 2011 retribution. And even now that LeBron is gone.

I think now that he's back in Cleveland, I can actually root for the guy again.

Pretty much this, still can't stand the Heat but never had anything against LeBron other then being on that team

LeBron James announced his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers in a Sports Illustrated piece as told to Lee Jenkins that went live on Friday.

Just in case you don’t believe LeBron’s own words, ESPN’s Chris Broussard is here to confirm them. Or should we say confirn them.



But he wasn’t done there. After consulting his trusty cell phone live on SportsCenter, he revealed that the announcement was not false.

Much like the Cleveland fans a few years ago. Lets hope they act better then did Cavs fans did.

I don't think Miami has fans like Cleveland does. Cleveland sticks with their teams through (the few) good times and bad times. They're loyal.

I get the impression that people in Miami go to sporting events because it's the place to be seen. They back a winner, not necessarily the team.

So I doubt you'll see people burning jerseys and thinking the world has ended, like we saw in Cleveland 4 years ago.

One interesting thing now that LeBron is out of Miami, with Bosh likely to leave as well, will be to see how good of a coach Erik Spoelstra really is.

He was gifted a team that he basically didn't have to coach at all, and they went to 4 straight Finals. Now he'll get to show everyone whether he can actually coach up other players.

Dude, Dr. James Naismith himself couldn't win with that roster in Miami. They need to go ahead and trade Shabazz Napier and try to do something, anything, to build something there. They better make max offers to Ariza AND Luol Deng.

Miami can be a very apathetic fan base....though the Dolphins have their die-hards.
Cleveland is far more passionate about their sports teams.
