I would like to see these "reports" the OP is talking about that Seastrunk is impressing. He definitely has speed, no doubt about that! He won the high school 100m dash as a senior in Texas. JarJar Charles won the NCAA 100m dash - both are bat out of hell fast.

Fast is good, the tape I saw Seastrunk looked like he had good vision and moves too.
