Some other team has to be threatening to either take him before 7 or trade up above them. Both of which are extremely doubtful. They have no reason to move up for Lynch.

If the scouts feel that Lynch has franchise potential then 4 or 7 or 15 don't matter. You take him at 4. if you have doubts just pass on him totally.

Exactly. Because if you trade down to 7, a team like the Giants could jump up to 6, then you miss out on your guy.

We did the same thing last year. Waiting for the player to come to us, and from rumors last year that player was David Johnson. If he's who you want go get him!
